Yes, you may park at the drive way towards the garage where you will see a lovely pink cabin house and there is where we will be at. Alternatively, there is also free parking on the roadside of Kilkenny Drive.

We are open from Monday to Saturday 10am to 4:30pm. Closed on Sunday and public holidays.

You are encouraged to make an appointment but this is not a requirement, we do welcome walk-ins but you might have to wait if there is another guest already with us at that time especially on a busy Saturday. To avoid disappointment we recommend booking an appointment, it is best to call us at 09 263 9861 to have a chat, the more we know about what you are looking for, the better we can prepare in advance to make it a smoother experience.

Bring two or three guests whose opinions you value most. We understand most brides have several special people they want to share the experience with, and it can be hard to limit the guest list. Hearing too many opinions can be overwhelming for even the most confident of brides, so keep the guest list short and sweet. You’ll want to bring guests who understand your true style, give supportive feedback, and will help you look your best.

While we are a family-friendly studio, children can be a distraction during the consultation or fitting appointment. As such, we strongly encourage you to leave the kids at home with your family and let yourself focus on your dress hunt. If you need to bring children to your appointment, please ensure there will be another adult with you to look after your children, this is also for safety reasons.

Typically it will take about an hour for the consultation where our bridal consultant works with you to find the gown that is both perfect for your body shape, your personality and your wedding theme. We will work with you in the fitting room to help you put the gowns on and also accessorise them for you to ensure you get the complete picture. We also hope to make your experience a fun and relaxing one. For fitting purposes, we suggest you not to put on any make-up. Please make sure to wear a good fitting/strapless bra and proper underwear.

Our consultation fee is $30 to be paid on your first visit and then waived for any subsequent visits. It also gets refunded when you purchase or rent a wedding gown from us.
